This cognitive behavioral performance coaching program seeks to support the individual or team in both their personal and professional life. Assisting them in navigating through their mental obstacles or struggles and developing a working strategy in managing their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that might be hindering their ability to perform productively.
Sessions are run in strict confidentiality. Our conversations are a safe space for you to explore your thoughts and emotions. We either work on a specific goal or explore bigger life issues and concerns. Generally, this means clarifying your goals or intentions, identifying any obstacles or assumptions blocking your path, then we’ll design an actionable plan to get to where you want to be.
